Last week, ESI CEE led a Be@CyberPro Workshop within the Short-Term Joint Staff Training Event of the eLeadership Trainer Accelerator Erasmus+ Project (2018-1-BG01-KA203-047957). The workshop was based on Lesson 4 of Module 2 of the open educational resources aimed at teachers, developed under the Be@CyberPro project’s Intellectual Output 1, Educational platform about cybersecurity and careers of the Be@CyberPro project. The workshop was on Intellectual property rights, creating and sharing content, and protecting personal data and was carried out on September 20th, 2019.
The aim of the workshop was to strengthen the collaboration of Be@CyberPro with other EU initiatives aimed at education, professional development, and competencies improvement of teachers. The eLeadership Trainer Accelerator (website: https://eleadspeed.eilab.eu) is also developing an e-learning platform, along with open educational resources for the professional development of teachers and educators. More precisely, their goal is to raise the capacity of educators to design online training for eleadership skills development and empowering them as educational e-leaders. Furthermore, the eLeadership Trainer Accelerator also aims, based on the e-CF, to identify required skills per relevant occupations and developing guidelines for e-leadership curriculum design, which is something that comes along the lines of what Be@CyberPro aims to achieve, but in the field of cybersecurity.

During the workshop, ESI CEE presented Be@CyberPro, its intellectual outputs the resources developed for teachers, and provided training based on Lesson 4 of Module 2 on Intellectual property rights, creating and sharing content and protecting personal data. Last but not least, all participants were given access to the Be@CyberPro e-learning platform and were able to provide feedback on the content developed for teachers.
We received amazing feedback from the participants in the workshop and great recommendations for improvement. Most importantly, we received ideas for future collaboration and inter-project synergy to serve the goals of the two initiatives, and we would like to thank the consortium of the eLeadership Accelerator project, along with the participants of the training for the amazing experience and the fruitful collaboration!
